enrapturing. felt like navigating someone else's nightmare/trip. i don't understand how i did most of what i did, but i did it lol. i hope you get to finish it, this is a beautiful surreal experience with a lot of potential for terror
I played this as part of a 3 scary games and overall I think it was fantastic even though I didn't realize it was a demo at first. Will be looking forward to the full game when it comes out. Starts at 1:12.
So first and foremost the art style is fantastic. The colors chosen and the VHS effects really add to the ambiance. Though I do have to say that the fast forward in the game is really unsettling. Not sure why but it really made me spooked.
Though I do have to say the last part of the demo trying to find the stairs was really difficult. For whatever reason I kept going in circles.
I don't have a lot more to say about this demo, I didn't really understand the story but visually I really enjoyed all of it.
I streamed this demo and it was a decent experience! I'd like to see more off-putting sounds in the ambience, but not too much. Like I was so on edge for something to happen the crows scared me lol. Which is actually kinda perfect. I kind of enjoyed that it wasn't in your face jump scare after jump scare. It was very much more so the unsettling environment that made my skin crawl. But if the spoop factor upped another level, I think it'd be great.
I hope to see the full game released someday. I really enjoyed the look and feel of it!
Ode to a Moon is easily my favorite creation from Colorfiction. The mood was engrossing, and strikes an intriguing balance between horror and surreal. I'd really like to see this continued into a full game (game at 6:24)
:0! Very neat! Everything was so surreal and as others said it, had a dream feel to it! Which I really enjoyed, Im a sucker for bizzare games. and soundtrack complimented everything nicely too! Would be psyched to see this in full version, I hope youll get the funding you deserve!
I loved this. It felt like a dream. Everything felt separated from the rest of the world, and nothing quite made sense, which all made it feel so much like a dream one might have. I really hope you get the funding you need to continue the project, this deserves to make it. Best of luck to you.
I made a gameplay to this. Was pretty interesting. Not gonna lie I had no clue what was happening. I was just going along with the vibes. It was really awesome experience. Keep up the great work!
I just wanted to to pass it on that I grabbed the whole horror collection for original demo after seeing the beautful scenes and vibe when watching the Bawkasoup playthrough. Know it was unity so I flip it into VR (all unity made games can be cheated into vr) and it was exactly the sort of scene and vibe I could and wanted to escape into. I very much look forward to the full game experience. please consider leaving vr settings on even its on "unofficially".
Loved the vibe and aesthetic, neat installment into walking simulator kingdom. The visual department (modeling/lighting/set design) is genuinely a reason to check it out. Keep mind of the photosensitive warning though, even without epilepsy it can be a bit much on the eyes at times.

This is a very beautiful game, but I had to replay it, because in the last part it is problematic to find a way to the stairs (
